About the Role
Join our dynamic Sales Support team at Clevertronics!
We seek a dedicated individual to ensure prompt delivery and assist with stock control and forecasting. This role is critical to our ambitious projects and focuses on continuous improvement and environmental management.
You will manage your tasks effectively and significantly to impact our mission and meet customer expectations. The key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:
Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients and stakeholders.
Enter and manage project orders with precision.
Efficiently and accurately handle daily support service orders.
Foster smooth collaboration with wholesalers and contractors.
Ensure timely order expeditions, including staged deliveries.
Coordinate with the production team to verify stock availability and lead times.
Provide accurate forecasting to optimize inventory management.
Actively participate in sales team meetings, offering feedback and collaboration.
Support the sales team in customer service during busy periods.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated customer service experience.
Advantageous experience in the electrical or construction industry.
Skilled in analysing information, estimating costs, and planning projects.
Familiar with data centre operations and best practices.
Capable of strategic planning and requirements analysis for complex projects.
High attention to detail and quality standards.
Experienced in project management.
Proficient in professional communication.
Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills.
