What you will be doing
You will play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly by:
leading the team day-to-day and keeping work on track
planning and allocating workloads to meet targets and KPIs
supporting in with pick/pack/dispatch and inbound work as required
overseeing stock management, cycle counts, and system updates
coordinating returns (RMA), stock transfers, and warehouse processes
maintaining safety, quality standards, and compliance
spotting issues early and taking action to keep things moving

is a proactive go-getter who takes initiative and follows through
has team leader/leadership experience and enjoys motivating others
communicates clearly and builds strong working relationships
has pick/pack/dispatch and general warehouse experience
holds a current forklift licence and is confident on the floor
is organised, reliable, and thrives in a busy environment
leads by example and enjoys solving problems and improving processes
Experience with warehouse systems/ERP is a bonus, but not essential.
