What you will be doing
You will play an important role supporting our customers and sales team, including:
Responding to customer enquiries and helping with product and pricing information
Processing orders, returns, credits, and warranty claims
Monitoring deliveries and backorders and sharing updates clearly
Updating customer and sales information in our systems
Assisting the sales team with quotes, samples, and general admin tasks
Pitching in when it is busy, teamwork is key here!

This role is perfect for someone who…
We strongly encourage applications from people who are early in their career, including recent school leavers or graduates.
You will likely:
Have some exposure to customer service (retail, hospitality, admin, call centre — all welcome)
Communicate clearly and confidently by phone and email
Be organised, reliable, and willing to learn
Have a positive, can do attitude and take pride in doing things well
Be comfortable learning new systems (CRM experience is a bonus, not essential)
No industry experience is required, full training will be provided.
