About the Role
Reporting to the State Manager- NSW/ACT, the Customer Service Officer – Estimating/Expediting role will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and support sales by managing orders, monitoring deliveries, maintaining the CRM, and collaborating with stakeholders. You will also assist with marketing initiatives to support Business Development Managers.
Your key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Handle customer enquiries and liaise with sales on pricing and products
- Enter and manage sales orders received via email or phone
- Monitor delivery schedules, backorders, and communicate with stakeholders
- Provide customer service support to the sales team
- Offer product and system solutions
- Maintain CRM data including quotes, opportunities, and project updates
- Create collateral for BDM presentations
- Uphold quality and environmental policies (QMS/EMS) in all tasks
- Perform additional duties as require
About You
Success in this role requires someone who is an excellent communicator, highly organised, and solutions-focused. Someone who will bring a positive, customer-first mindset, work collaboratively with the team, and manage competing priorities with ease. They will also bring:

- Skilled in preparing quotes and managing orders
- Proficient in CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
- Electrical or construction industry experience (preferred, not essential)
