Job Description
About the Role
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager (SA/NT), the Electrician – Emergency Lighting Commissioning Technician role is key in deploying and maintaining our advanced Emergency Lighting systems across diverse sites. You will also support on-site warranty services, working closely with our technical team and clients to uphold Clevertronics’ high standards.
Your key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:
Support the TSM in commissioning Clevertronics products and executing warranty repairs.
Independently commission Zoneworks projects in line with the “Zoneworks Commissioning Process,” including supporting subcontractors, liaising with engineering for training, and applying technical knowledge.
Provide technical services for warranty work, including product repair, review of returned goods, and subcontractor support.
Assist the TSM in training subcontractors and service contractors on Zoneworks for emergency lighting maintenance.
Ensure compliance with the Customer Satisfaction Policy and ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Contribute to the efficacy and advancement of our QMS/EMS by upholding and promoting our quality and environmental policies in all job functions.
Additional duties as required from time to time as per business requirements.
