Job Description
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commissioning Technician - Field join our Technical Services Team, based in Malaga.
In this role, you will provide Technical Services to execute the installation, commissioning and ongoing support of our Emergency Lighting products and on-site warranty work for existing and new build projects in Western Australia.
Your key accountabilities will include:
Commissioning of our Emergency Lighting Products and Systems, including onsite support and subcontractor assistance.
Provide technical services to facilitate warranty works, repair, and rectification of products, and support subcontractors with fault finding and warranty requirements.
Provide training to subcontractors on system application and maintenance.
Ensure timely updates to the CRM system for accurate customer records.
Create and distribute customer assistance documentation and guide through repair processes.
Assist with customer demonstrations as needed.
Develop technical proficiency for basic fault-finding and troubleshooting.
Use the Technical Services ticketing system to assist customers.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure a positive client experience and implement continuous improvement processes.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
The candidate will preferably have experience in electrical, computer or electronics
Ability to solve issues logically with the best outcomes for the customer in mind.
Basic understanding of project management.
A keen eye for detail and ability to work to strict timelines.
Great approachable manner and team player attitude.
A current driver's licence is a must.
Computer skills / (IT Data networking experience, preferred).
Preferred experience with Lighting / Emergency Lighting Systems.
Familiarity with the construction industry will be an advantage.
